BURG Thermoforming
BURG Thermoforming has been developing and manufacturing tailor-made plastic solutions for customers worldwide for over 25 years. Around 70 employees work on precise thermoformed components at our site in Bisingen. Certified processes (ISO 9001, DIN standards, UL-compliant) and permanent quality assurance ensure reliability and consistent product quality.
Continuous investment in our production technology means that we remain a reliable partner for demanding plastic projects - from development to series production.

BURG Thermoforming accompanies you systematically through all phases of your project: from feasibility analyses and prototyping to series development. We combine modern simulation techniques with in-depth material expertise - including sustainable and technical plastics, such as temperature-resistant PET or flame-retardant materials.
We realize complex geometries with forming surfaces up to 3, 500 × 2,300 mm and thermoforming heights of up to 1,200 mm - economically, reliably and always precisely tailored to your requirements.
