Recycled granulate: the origin of our rolls and sheets

The basis is PET granulate, which is obtained from two main sources:

  • Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR): This is PET waste from consumer products, such as used plastic bottles. This material is collected, cleaned and processed into high-quality granulate that is reused in our products.
  • Post-industrial recycling (PIR): This source includes PET waste from industrial processes, for example production waste. These materials also undergo strict recycling processes before they end up as high-quality granulate in our production lines.

By using recycled PET from these areas, we make an active contribution to avoiding waste and conserving valuable resources.
