We realize thermoforming projects of any complexity. Our expertise includes the substitution of heavy metal cladding with lightweight plastic components and the precise development of optical reflectors for LED systems. We work together with product designers, among others.

Our engineering approach uses modern simulation technology and tried-and-tested production technology. Molding areas of up to 3,500 × 2,300 mm and thermoforming heights of up to 1,200 mm make even the most complex geometries possible. In cooperation with universities, we develop sustainable material innovations such as our temperature-resistant PET for demanding applications.

From the first project sketch to series production approval, we develop the thermoforming solutions of tomorrow.
