Mould and tool making
We use your data to create precise tools for thermoforming and suitable devices for further processing. Our 5-axis CNC centers enable maximum precision. We deliver CAD data and 2D drawings quickly and reliably. We use synthetic resin, wood or aluminum as materials - to suit your requirements.

Simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining of sophisticated parts up to a size of 3,000 x 1,800 x 560 mm. All machining centers have been integrated into our network for secure and fast data transfer and data backup of the programs.

Punching
Our precise punching technology guarantees fast, exact and burr-free processing of your deep-drawn parts - from small batches to large series. Inline punching with automatic stacking ensures efficiency and cost optimization. We can even produce complex geometries with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm, even across multiple levels - ideal for automotive battery covers, for example.
